Kristy & Andy had their wedding reception on the stage of the Morris Performing Arts Center, in South Bend which is just too cool. The Palais Royale is attached to the Morris. Fun Zone Photo Booths was set up in the lobby for cocktails bringing the fun.

Kristy and Andy were the recipients of our drawing for a free 2 hour photo booth held back in February. Their friend and bridesmaid Jazmin won it for them. We had a lot of fun with the guests.

As always if you were a guest the full size digital files are available for download in our Event Galleries!

We had a loads of fun running the Fun Zone Photo Booth at Mary & Michael’s wedding at the Century Center in South Bend.

I snapped this cell phone pic of the booth… I hate cell phone images, but then I forgot my DSLR so… Here we are at the Century Center set up underneath the stairs.

At this wedding reception we once again had the pleasure of working with Cynthia Basker from Celebrated Events. If you are looking for a wedding planner, no one has her style (the Great Hall was decorated to the nines!) or her organization skills. Everything flowed smoothly and everyone had a lot of fun. Check out the photo booth pics below for just how much fun everyone had!

Fun Zone Photo Booths was at Ashley & Kyle’s wedding reception at the Hilton Garden Inn, in the Gillespie Center, on Saturday and I’ll tell you it was a fun, funky, crazy time! I’ve already posted below the most fun photo strip I’ve seen come out of the photo booth yet.  Here are some additional images from this very fun night for Ashley & Kyle.

All of the full-size, high-res images can be found on the Fun Zone website under the Event Gallery tab! Just click and enter your password! All of the photo booth high-res images are downloadable and can be used on Facebook or reprinted for FREE! Why? Because we love our customers!

To me, photo booths are not about the photo strips, they are about the entertainment. Over the year that Fun Zone has existed we have seen people have all types of fun in the photo booth, from crazy faces to crazy positions to stuff the booth with people, people have fun in photo booths! Occasionally people really gets inspired and try to tell a story in four images, like a comic strip. These are far and few between but always fun to discover as I go through the strips preparing them for upload. Then tonight, the best one I ever seen crossed my computer screen and I busted out laughing. This couple was truly inspired in the booth and honestly, knowing the design of our booths, I don’t really don’t know how they got the leg in the final picture with only 3 seconds to get ready in such a small space! If there was a best photo booth strip award I’d give it to them! Enjoy the strip below.

I am always being asked what our booths look like. So here is one of them set up at Knollwood Country Club in Granger for the 80th Birthday of Louise.

Louise had a great 80th birthday celebration surrounded by friends and family and we enjoyed being involved with it.  As always if you were in attendance you can download copies of the photo strips in our event gallery!

FunZone Photo Booths was in Mishawaka at Beutter Park Saturday for the Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure! What started off threatening with rain turned into a beautiful day for a run or a walk for such a worthy cause. We had a log of fun and the racers were excited to get their pictures taken inside the FunZone Photo Booth! If you participated you can see the gallery of pictures here.

Fun Zone Photo Booths was created with the idea that the photo booth experience should be comfortable, elegant and most of all FUN and memory creating.  Designed by professional photographer Brian Peterson of Allure Films,  to be unobtrusive  and not impact your wedding negatively. The Fun Zone Photo Booths are easily portable, state of the art, with your guest’s comfort in consideration. Fun Zone offers a superior photobooth experience in the Michiana Area!

Decor Neutral.

Brides spend moths to years planning their wedding and reception down to the little detail. The color pallet of flowers, table cloths, napkins fabric treatments is very important. The last thing you as the bride want is some red, brown, blue or whatever color it may be monstrosity of a box set up in the corner clashing with your carefully planned color pallet! We kept that in mind when designing the Fun Zone Photo Booths and utilized basis black as the dominate color on the outside of our photo booths. Black goes with anything and no matter what the color pallet your wedding has our photo booths will not clash with your carefully planned wedding reception!

Other vendors have booths that blaze “photo booth” or look like they have rock walls growing out of them, stickers and signs all over the place. At Fun Zone our goal is to be unobtrusive and not impact the elegance of your wedding reception.  The photo booth experience is the fun that occurs inside with your guests, not what it looks like on the outside.  You want your photographer to be unobtrusive and in the background at your wedding reception and we apply the same ideas to our photo booths, our booths do not say “look at me” at your wedding reception!

Professional Equipment

Our photo booths use 10 megapixel Canon cameras to guarantee that your pictures will be the best. We do not use the webcams that  are standard with many photo booths out there.  Each 10 megapixel photograph is saved as separate files and you or your guests can easily order a reprint of an individual image and have a 4×6 to 20×16 made of the image! We believe in quality!

Keep It Simple!

We believe in keeping everything as simple as possible for you and your guests, so that Fun can be maximized! No complicated hard to use touch screens or a host barking “smile” from outside of the booth. A Fun Zone Photo Booth is simplicity from start to finish! Your guests walk in, choose either B&W or Color strip by hitting one of two buttons and watch themselves pose on the 21″ monitor, that uses Canon’s Live View technology. Sixty Seconds later their professional quality photo strip drops out the side of the booth. That is all there is, walk in, push one button, and have FUN! No touchy touch screens that are temperamental, no commands from a person outside of the booth, Fun Zone Photo Booths are  elegant and simple to use!

Our photo booth simplicity even applies to set up and tear down of the photo booth itself. Many of our customers have the photo booth run for only a few hours at their events. So it is not unusual for Fun Zone to be setting up or tearing down while the festivities are still rockin’. We took that into account when designing the photo booths. Each photo booth breaks down into two towers which are easily wheeled out the nearest door.  Some booths out there are like pop-up tents, without the pop-up. To put them up or tear them down, we have witnessed,  becomes a major production of loud banging as metal parts are fastened or un-fastened and then dropped as the next section is worked on. One booth we have heard of even requires and air compressor of all things, because parts of  it needs to be “inflated” before it can be used. Do you really want the sound of an air compressor in the middle of your dinner? Fun Zone Photo Booths can be set up and torn down in 15 minutes, no pounding, no air compressor to inflate, just the simplicity of screwing together two cross beams that lock the towers together and it’s time to have Fun!

It’s All For The Customer!

After your event, you will receive a DVD of all the images taken and photo strips produced for your enjoyment. Events like weddings and birthday parties where there is a guest of honor, additionally get the scrapbook with messages from the guests and copies of the photo strips. Guests can also go to our website and request reprints of the strips or individual pictures.

Fun Zone Photo Booths is the premier and most rockin’ Fun, photo booth company in Michiana!

Quality Is Our Purpose!

I have had the opportunity to check out several or our competitors. The one thing that has struck me again and again are the prints. When the event is over, the photo booth torn down, all you and your guests will have left is the printed photo strip. It amazes the cheap quality of many of the photo booth photo strips out there. Many use only an inkjet printer. Not only is the paper cheap, but don’t even drip on it or your print is going to run. A few are using color laser printers. Better but still not photo quality. Very few are using long lasting, photo quality dye sub printers.

Fun Zone Photo Booths does use dye sublimation printers and we use the best, from Kodak! Long the leading name in photography we offer Kodak paper and dye sublimation printers to provide you and your guests the absolute best quality for your fun memories! So always ask the rental company you are talking with what printers are used in their photobooths and ask to see the Kodak logo on the back!
