Over 22 years of being in the wedding and event industry we have learned that the best weddings are usually ones that have a wedding planner running things in the background. Not always though, because wedding planners are not all created equal and I remember one that just stood around screaming at the vendors while the wedding melted down. But the weddings that stand out, the most in our minds and are the most spectacular are the ones that had a professional wedding planner.
Two of our favorites are Christina’s Creative Planning and Celebrated Events.
In April I raved in a post about how spectacular the wedding reception of Mark & Molly, in South Bend at the Palais Roayale was. They had wedding planner Cynthia Basker of Celebrated Events and how I regretted not having a camera with me so I could have taken pictures of all the fantastic wedding reception details. Cynthia had really outdone herself executing the wishes of the bride and groom in decorating the Palais Royale! Cynthia finally got up a blog of some of the pictures and I just had to grab a few to show off as inspiration!
