Wedding Planning & Inspriation South Bend

Over 22 years of being in the wedding and event industry we have learned that the best weddings are usually ones that have a wedding planner running things in the background. Not always though, because wedding planners are not all created equal and I remember one that just stood around screaming at the vendors while the wedding melted down. But the weddings that stand out, the most in our minds and are the most spectacular are the ones that had a professional wedding planner.

Two of our favorites are Christina’s Creative Planning and Celebrated Events.

In April I raved in a post about how spectacular the wedding reception of Mark & Molly, in South Bend at the Palais Roayale was. They had wedding planner Cynthia Basker of Celebrated Events and how I regretted not having a camera with me so I could have taken pictures of all the fantastic wedding reception details. Cynthia had really outdone herself executing the wishes of the bride and groom in decorating the Palais Royale! Cynthia finally got up a blog of some of the pictures and I just had to grab a few to show off as inspiration! So check out the magnificent Palais Royale and the spectauclar job Cynthia and her team along with Michaelangelos The Event Company did!

My favorite part of the decorations, what a great way to display family memories and celebrate the past with style at a wedding reception!

While in the reception banquet hall it was all elegance well executed by Celebrated Events, in the photo booth the crazy fun was at maximum! …

Wabash Photo Booth Sarah & Ricky

Fun Zone Photo Booths went down to Wabash Indiana for the wedding reception of Sarah & Ricky at the beautiful Honeywell Center. The wedding reception was held in the atrium of the Honeywell Center. What fun it was for both the guests and our staff, a wild and crazy night of photo booth fun!

Photo Booth Palais Royale South Bend

If the photo booth is a rockin’, don’t bother knocking! That is the way it was all night at Molly & Mark’s wedding reception at Palais Royale in South Bend. I wish my camera wasn’t mounted inside the photo booth because this was one off the hook wedding reception. Cynthia Basker of Celebrated Events had turned the Palais ballroom into a wonderland of wedding memories! Just stunning. And as with all of Celebrated Events receptions, the night flowed smoothly, it’s always a pleasure to work with Cyndi and her team and if you are looking for a wedding planner you can’t do any better in Indiana!

Michelle & Tom | American Legion | South Bend

The holidays are here and so are out new holiday themed photo booth props. At the wedding reception for Michelle and Tom the guests had a ton of fun with the props! Fun Zone Photo Booths was at the American Legion Pulaski in South Bend and this party just would not stop.

You know it’s going to be a wild and fun night when before the photo booth opens there is a line of 40 people waiting to get in and that is exactly what happened at Priscila & Brandon’s wedding reception. Kristy & Andy | Morris Performing Arts Photo Booth

Kristy & Andy had their wedding reception on the stage of the Morris Performing Arts Center, in South Bend which is just too cool. The Palais Royale is attached to the Morris. Fun Zone Photo Booths was set up in the lobby for cocktails bringing the fun.

Kristy and Andy were the recipients of our drawing for a free 2 hour photo booth held back in February. Their friend and bridesmaid Jazmin won it for them. We had a lot of fun with the guests.

Mary & Michael | South Bend Photo Booth

We had a loads of fun running the Fun Zone Photo Booth at Mary & Michael’s wedding at the Century Center in South Bend.

I snapped this cell phone pic of the booth… I hate cell phone images, but then I forgot my DSLR so… Here we are at the Century Center set up underneath the stairs.

At this wedding reception we once again had the pleasure of working with Cynthia Basker from Celebrated Events. If you are looking for a wedding planner, no one has her style (the Great Hall was decorated to the nines!) or her organization skills. Everything flowed smoothly and everyone had a lot of fun. Amanda & Matt | Monticello Indiana Photo Booth

Amanda & Matt’s wedding reception was a blast, in Monticello Indiana! A continuous line of people were waiting for the Fun Zone Photo Booth from the moment the doors to the reception opened till the end of the night. For us this wedding set new records; The most images photo strips we’ve ever helped create and we assembled thickest scrap book album, with tons of messages and memories for Amanda & Matt. This was one rocking photo booth night!
